The market for Jobs in Dubai has become such that employers are no longer looking to fill positions with willing people to move to Dubai, as the city has achieved worldwide status, but they can now seek to find the best possible candidate for these positions. A local job among the jobs hiring in my area means you can get up later but the pay's usually not good, an excellently salaried job means a lot more money but you'll have to get up an hour and a half earlier than normal. And what about the cost of petrol and wear and tear on the car ?
